Sherman The Hedgehog Comes To Visit

Children and small animals are such a natural fit. Many of our classrooms are reading The Mitten by Jan Brett and doing all sorts of fun activities to reinforce the story of animals crawling in a lost mitten. We are so fortunate to have a teacher who brought her pet hedgehog, one of the animals from the book, for her classes to see. The delight and curiosity on their faces says it all!
