Time to Say Good Bye to our Graduates

Our Four and Five-Year-Olds will graduate tomorrow, Thursday, May 18th. The ceremony will be at 11:00 in the Sanctuary and will be live-streamed on the IPC YouTube channel. https://www.youtube.com/user/IPCBirmingham.  Some of the students who graduate will be Top Dogs here at the Day School next year, and the rest will be attending Kindergartens throughout the city. It is always a bittersweet day to say good-bye to these precious children and their families, but we love celebrating with them. You are all such blessings to all of us at the Day School.

Our last day of school is Friday, May 19th. Have a safe and happy summer!

Saying Good bye to Miss Jill

Miss Jill Marlar is retiring after twenty years in the Day School. She taught the three-year-olds, the four year olds, and most recently our music classes. She has brought joy through her teaching to so many children and their families, she will certainly be missed. Please thank her and have your children thank her when you see her. We will still see Miss Jill when she comes to teach the Enrichment classes, Art Scope and Showstoppers in the afternoons. The very capable Dana Porter (currently the Top Dog assistant teacher) will take over as our music teacher next year.
